yeah, unlike most other free hosts, its actually nice to have a premium rapidshare account, but i personally dont need it, cause i have like 120.000 points in my collectors and 2 friends of mine pay yearly for premium accounts and i have their accounts (i asked... so its cool, and i don't download that much from rapidshare anyways...) hehehe, you can share rapidshare accounts, if its with 1 or 2 friends... so if 2 of you join up you can pay half, also rapidshare premium accounts are cool not just for download, you can put like 500GB of stuff there and put direct links to files and other neet stuff hehehe

not that i'm encouraging, just saying like Msv that its a pretty cheap deal (also if you have a premium account if you put like manga and anime inside and post it here, people will download and you will get points you can use to prolong you account forever without paying... hehehe)

Sharing an account is a prime idea. I would love to share an account, but with life comes trust issues, also most of my friends wouldn't understand and it would just be a pain in the ass if they got hold of the files that I upload.

exactly and even rapidshare people added some "security" settings that are completely silly UNLESS you share accounts, stuff like you get a username and password and you can download and upload and use the account without problems and that is the username and password you share with your friends, BUT you also get another different password to change the settings and configure the account, the reason for having 2 passwords is not so much security unless you share your account with other people... heheheh so they don't mess with your paypal or credit card or your points and settings hehehe
