Well my friends i have a solution for you
its called hotspot shield and its rather simple to use

first, download hotspot shield at this link

second, install hotspot shield
(optional) you can install the toolbar so you have a quick luacgh for it right in your browser window

third, after getting the Download or viewing limit exceeded message from a webpage, simply start hotspot shield from your start menu or from the quick launch bar


it should open a page in your browser like this


Wait for it to change to this


after it says connected, and the shield down on your start menu toolbar is green you should be able to connect to rapidshare, megavideo or whatever and have a reset download/viewing limit, if you do not, simply disable hotspot shield on your toolbar and re-enable it until you do:D if you have any question please feel free to ask and i will upload more pictures as soon as possible, have fun

also, to stop hotspot shield simply hit the lauch icon again to b4rin gup the browser window and click disconnect...

This is also useful since when you use it, it gives you an united states IP adress so you can use blocked sites in your country:D
like hulu for exampleXD
Edit*ive notiiced that the newer version has popups, so what you may want to do is download an earlier version than the one i posted that may not have popups ads in the top of your window...
