Sooo there are several ways to share your Anime and Manga on panchira, you can host the files both here on panchira or on several webhosts (filehosts), this is what i normally do:

1) I use Winrar (but you can use 7zip, winzip or any modern compression software) to put all the files in one compress file (check the help files of these programs and they will explain better then me) if its a manga, so the image files, if its anime where the files are pretty big i normally devide the larger file into chunks (also check the program help files), so:

manga > lots of images > 1 compressed file
anime > 1 or 2 or more video files > 10 smaller compressed files

2) If the size is small (less than 10mb) i can just put them as an attachment to the post, especially if its small manga if its larger than 10mb, then its best to use a file host, normally its best to choose 1 or 2 and register an account with them to track your files (and even in some make some money), than uploading anonymously, after registering, it should be straightforward, normally they have several different ways to upload the file (web,flash,ftp,remote), just choose the one you like best and after the upload it will give you an url to that file

3) Go to the appropriate category in the forum and open a new topic, try and post like the cover picture as well (that helps a lot) and maybe a small description and then post the url that the file host gave you... that's it yayyyy

Note: Don't put passwords on the files, Make sure the files are clean of virus and of bad stuff...
